I’m Roxana Cristina Alexandru, a trauma-informed holistic counsellor and astrologer.
My path into this work did not begin in a therapy room. It began in homes, in the quiet and often unseen moments of care. For eighteen years I worked as a nanny and governess, supporting children and families through attachment, emotional development and life transitions.
In those years, I witnessed how early experiences shape the nervous system. I saw how safety is built through consistency, how boundaries create security, and how steady presence can soften even the most overwhelmed state.
Caring for children in such an intentional and attuned way also invited me to meet my own inner child with greater compassion and awareness. It deepened my understanding of how early experiences shape us, and how healing begins with safety, gentleness and steady presence.
That lived understanding forms the foundation of my work today.
Alongside my professional training in trauma-informed somatic counselling, I integrate astrology as a holistic and reflective system for understanding the deeper layers of the self. When approached thoughtfully, astrology supports clarity, integration and a more compassionate relationship with your own story.
My work is relational, grounded and non-traditional. I believe healing unfolds when we feel steady enough to slow down, listen and gently reconnect with ourselves.
